GOOGLE SANDBOX
The Google Sandbox is a kind of probation period which Google applies to newly indexed web sites. The effect is that although a site has been made "search engine friendly" and has been indexed, it has not yet achieved a suitable PageRank for targeted keyword phrases. A site moves out of the sandbox when it has proven its validity over a period of time, ensuring that new sites do not rank highly from the date of their launch by using unauthorized marketing methods.
