WEB SITE USABILITY
Involves how "user-friendly" a web site is thought to be. Usability issues include the ease of navigating a web site, the ability (or inability) of site users to readily find the content they are seeking on your site (such as a "Contact Us" form), the ability of site users to make "conversions" (newsletter signups, online purchases, etc) without design and other hinderances, and a host of other issues relating to whether a site is designed and maintained in such a way as to make the visitor experience a relatively easy and enjoyable one. Also, usability issues arise in relation to how accessible a given site is to disabled visitors, such as the visually impaired.
